Quality Assurance

Electro-mec is an ISO9001 registered company; it applies the same high standards of Good Engineering Practice, and Manufacturing Quality, to the design and supply of its Pharmaceutical Packaging Equipment as it does in its manufacture of components for the Aerospace and Defence Industries.

All components are designed to ensure ease of cleaning, and are manufactured to the highest standards in materials (having complete traceability) acceptable to the Pharmaceutical Industry. Rigorous inspection of materials, treatments and components at every stage of manufacture, together with thorough testing of machines prior to despatch, gives the confidence in reliability and performance demanded by the industry.

The Quality/Inspection department uses the latest technology for inspection and testing, including automatic CMM's (co-ordinate measuring machines) with CAD/QA compatibility.
