The NG Feeder has been developed from the successful EMF range, for discontinuous type blister lines and continuous type machines (when fitted with the traversing carriage). Designed and built to the same high standards of quality and reliability.

The NG Feeder has the following advantages:

  • Only one model, suitable for all web widths, provides greater flexibility of use between blister lines.
  • Dimensionally smaller, enables 3 feeders to operate side by side on a standard bed length machine, for multi product feeding
  • Only Plant Air and 24v supply required, does not require separate 240v supply and associated control panel
  • Touch Screen controls on a pendant controller enables adjustment whilst in operation.
  • Accepts existing change part tooling (with adaptor plate), therefore no need to replace tooling.
  • All tooling secured by pneumatic cylinders, more user friendly and no fasteners to come loose/drop off.

We strongly recommend that you extend your standard 12 months warranty for a further term.
